With the proliferation of many substandard products and services out there, Betá Reviews comes as a solution to help with curbing those. How, you ask? By Giving customers an open platform to review the products and services of businesses they patronise, helping others make better, more informed buying decisions.

We conducted some research to find out the different ways customers would want to send in their reviews. Following this research, we were able to work on the design of the mobile app to include features for text, audio, image and video reviews. This enables customers send their reviews via whatever format they feel comfortable.

What's in it for the businesses themselves? The more great reviews they get, the more trust they earn from their customers and prospective customers. Also, the better the reviews, the higher their BetáScore.
